Account Issues or Defects Please review your TikTok account upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you notice any issues, such as defects, restrictions, or if you received the wrong account. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve it quickly.
Exchanges If you would like a different account, the fastest way is to return the current one. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new account.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your purchase is within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. The account must remain in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no additional modifications. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed the return of your TikTok account. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
